
Workout Formats
Every Arlington Sports Conditioning workout is different. However, there are two formats for ASC workouts:
ASC Fast is a group personal training session focused on improving speed, endurance, and overall athleticism. These workouts include sprints of varying distances, body weight exercises, and partner/team drills. We usually run bleachers, too. These workouts are outdoors all year long at the stadium (turf, track, and bleachers) at Washington-Liberty High School in Arlington, VA.
ASC Strong is a group personal training session focused on improving strength and overall athleticism. The ASC van (aka “the Buff Bus”) drives a full gym (dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, etc.) to these workouts. These workouts are outdoors at Lubber Run Community Center from April to October and at an indoor location from November to March.
All workouts are expertly designed and led by ASC Founder Pete Leibman (featured below next to “the Buff Bus”).

Weekly Schedule
ASC offers six group workouts each week:
- Monday mornings at 6:30 a.m. (ASC Strong)
- Monday evenings at 6:00 p.m. (ASC Strong)
- Wednesday mornings at 6:30 a.m. (ASC Fast)
- Thursday mornings at 6:30 a.m. (ASC Strong)
- Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. (ASC Strong)
- Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. (ASC Fast)
ASC Fast workouts are outdoors all year long at the stadium (turf, track, bleachers) at Washington-Liberty High School. ASC Strong workouts are outdoors at Lubber Run Community Center from April to October and indoors from November to March.
ASC operates throughout the year- rain, shine, sleet, or snow. We never cancel outdoor workouts due to weather.
