What is your athletic background? Did you play any sports growing up?
“I grew up playing lots of different sports! Basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, track and field, and swim. My athletic career ended once I got to college, but I still enjoyed being active when possible.”
When did you attend your first workout with Arlington Sports Conditioning, and how did you first learn about the group?
“I attended my first workout in June 2024, after receiving a special offer from my apartment building.”
What is your proudest athletic accomplishment, and why?
“My dad and I have gotten into running half-marathons through this group called Vacation Races, that hosts runs near National Parks! I’ve never considered myself a runner, but now we’ve done four together! I’m proud that we can do these races and explore nature at the same time.”
What is your favorite exercise(s)?
“The team relays at ASC have really taken me back to elementary school when we would have big field days with the whole school. That’s been a lot of fun!”
What is your favorite workout song or musical artist?
“Any song that I can sing along to, my typical go-tos are Bruce Springsteen or Queen.”

Other than working out, how else do you like to spend your free time?
“I love going to see plays, musicals, concerts, and movies! I also love to bake (which is why ASC has become pretty necessary).”

“The group is so supportive and encouraging, I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the members more!”
What are the biggest benefits of being a member?
“Getting the opportunity to grow stronger in a healthy and consistent way.”

“It has been such a great experience working out with Arlington Sports Conditioning! Keep coming back and you’ll see results 🙂 ”
