What is your athletic background? Did you play any sports growing up?

 “I was not really athletic growing up. I ran some cross country in high school and played pick-up basketball.

When did you attend your first workout with Arlington Sports Conditioning, and how did you first learn about the group?

 “I started in 2021. I saw the Facebook group and eventually showed up for the Saturday workout.”

What is your proudest athletic accomplishment, and why?

 “I ran the Cherry Blossom 10 miler in under an 8 minute mile pace. I had never ran that far that fast.”

What is your favorite exercise(s)?

Burpees, partner relays, and anything for core

What is your favorite workout song or musical artist?

Older hip-hop and Pete has a good playlist to mix it up.

What is your favorite sports team?

“University of Maryland Basketball and the Boston Red Sox

Who is your favorite athlete?

Former Boston Celtic Paul Pierce

Other than working out, how else do you like to spend your free time?

“Sand volleyball, going to the beach, and playing any kind of games.”

What do you like best about Arlington Sports Conditioning? What are the biggest benefits that you have experienced as a member?

“That it has enhanced my ability in other sports. I can play volleyball longer without fatigue, am a little quicker, and am jumping higher.”

What advice would you offer to new or prospective members of Arlington Sports Conditioning?

“Come try it out. Pete mixes it up and challenges you, but also gives modifications for various levels. And it’s a really friendly group of people. For me, I love the accountability of group workouts and this is a great group.”
