What is your proudest athletic accomplishment, and why?
“Finishing a half-marathon because I have never been much of a runner and found it very challenging.”
What is your favorite exercise?
“My favorite exercises are one-legged deadlifts because I love working on my balance, or assisted pull ups (trying to work my way up to a full pull up one day).”
What is your favorite workout song or musical artists?
“I like any country music and Zach Bryan is definitely my favorite artist. Fear and Fridays is my favorite of his songs right now.”
What is your favorite sports team?

Who is your favorite athlete?
“My favorite athlete has to be Rafa Nadal. I just finished his memoir and love watching him play tennis.”
Other than working out, how else do you like to spend your free time?
“I spend a lot of time with my family and friends and also love playing tennis, pickleball, running, or anything outdoors! If it’s a rainy day and I can’t be doing something outside, then I love working on a puzzle.”
What do you like best about Arlington Sports Conditioning?
“I love the community and how friendly everyone is at Arlington Sports Conditioning! I also really enjoy getting to work out outside and watch the sunrise during morning workouts.”
What are the biggest benefits that you have experienced as a member?
“Track days have really helped my cardio and make ASC really unique since you get both weight training and track workouts. The scheduled workouts also help me stay on track with my goals to build consistency.”
What advice would you offer to new or prospective members of Arlington Sports Conditioning?
“Try coming to a few workouts a week! Before I joined I got so bored of working out alone that I was becoming very inconsistent. It’s so nice to have the workouts set up for you and Pete does a great job of making them fun!”
