Other than working out, how else do you like to spend your free time?

Travel. Each year I visit a new country to find the most visually stunning places to hike. Last year I went to Germany, the year before was Montenegro, and this year will be New Zealand. I also do photography while I’m traveling.

What do you like best about Arlington Sports Conditioning?

Pacing is fast. It feels challenging and shows where I can improve. Shows that I need to start running more again.

What are the biggest benefits of being a member?

It has a sense of community. The additional events are also nice.

What advice would you offer to new or prospective members of Arlington Sports Conditioning?
