What is your proudest athletic accomplishment, and why?

“Probably my buzzer beater in high school against our rival team. That or getting a triple double my senior year.”

CAPS!

Who is your favorite athlete?

Tom Wilson

Other than working out, how else do you like to spend your free time?

What do you like best about Arlington Sports Conditioning? What are the biggest benefits that you have experienced as a member?

“I love the variety of the exercises. It never feels repetitive and is always a challenge. Since becoming a member, I have enjoyed expanding my exercise routine from just running and lifting to more functional and dynamic training.”

What advice would you offer to new or prospective members of Arlington Sports Conditioning?

“Show up with a good attitude, and you’ll leave with a smile on your face. These aren’t the type of workout classes you have to drag your feet to go to.“
