Keep Fit Simple

There are all sorts of “health hacks” out there these days.

The endless list includes special supplements, magical cleanses and detoxes, complicated diets, celebrity workout programs, and on and on. 

Here’s the cold hard truth: the large majority of these programs and products are scams.

Being healthy and fit is not easy. It takes consistent planning and effort. 

However, being healthy and fit is simple. It is not nearly as complicated as many people would like you to believe.

Do the following three things every day or most days, and it’s only a matter of time before you become one of the healthiest and fittest people you know:

  1. Get at least 7 hours of quality, restful sleep each night.
  2. Minimize your consumption of processed foods and alcohol.
  3. Do challenging exercise that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat.

Keep fit simple. 

Health and fitness need not be so complicated. Ignore the health hacks and gimmicks.
