What is your athletic background? Did you play any sports growing up?
I played soccer, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and softball growing up. If it involved a ball, puck, or disc, I’ve likely played the sport at least a few times.
When did you attend your first workout with Arlington Sports Conditioning, and how did you first learn about the group?
I first attended an ASC Fast Workout in January 2026 after taking advantage of a member guest pass from one of my fiancé Tyler’s friends – thank you, Ashley!
What is your proudest athletic accomplishment, and why?
My proudest athletic accomplishments are winning the consolation bracket of a regional AAU basketball tournament and earning a gold medal in volleyball at the Maccabi Games during high school.
In basketball, our team only had six players, so I had to play both guard and post positions while staying on the court the entire game without rest. After losing badly in our first game, we regrouped, locked in, and won out. That experience helped me learn about resiliency, adaptability, and the importance of stepping up for teammates.
Winning gold in volleyball is equally meaningful because I had the opportunity to represent Detroit, MI while competing against athletes from different cities and countries at the Maccabi Games. Being able to compete at a high level while representing my city made the experience especially rewarding and memorable.
What is your favorite exercise(s)?
Ball slams and obstacle courses
What is your favorite workout song or musical artist?
I’m a big Dua Lipa fan, but I can get into most songs with a good beat.
What is your favorite sports team?

Who is your favorite athlete?
Current professional athlete: Trinity Rodman, Retired professional athlete: Megan Rapinoe
Other than working out, how else do you like to spend your free time?
