The 2025 Arlington Olympics

The Arlington Olympics returns with an updated and expanded slate of events, starting on August 2, 2025!

The 2025 Arlington Olympics are a multi-day athletic competition between August 2-9, 2025. The competition is hosted by Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC), an athletic strength and conditioning program that has helped thousands of Arlington residents get faster, stronger, and fitter.

The 2025 Arlington Olympics will be an experience you don’t want to miss. Details are below. Space is limited.

Note: The 2025 Arlington Olympics is not affiliated in any way with The Summer Olympics organized every four years by the IOC.

Schedule of Events

The 2025 Arlington Olympics consists of 12 events and a series of ASC outdoor workouts between August 2-9, 2025. The full schedule is listed below:

(Day 1 of 8) Saturday, August 2 at 8:30 am at Washington-Liberty HS Stadium:

Event #1: 100-Yard Sprint (on turf)

Event #2: 200-Meter Sprint (on track)

There will also be an ASC workout after the 100-yard sprint and 200-meter sprint competitions.

(Day 2 of 8) Sunday, August 3 at 8:30 a.m. at Lubber Run:

Event #3: 5K Obstacle Course Race (along the Lubber Run Nature Trail) [NEW EVENT]

(Day 3 of 8) Monday, August 4 at 6:30 am or 6:00 pm (pick one) at Lubber Run CC:

Event #4: Core Strength Challenge [UPDATED EVENT]

There will also be an ASC workout after the core strength challenge.

(Day 4 of 8) Tuesday, August 5 at 6:30 am at Lubber Run CC:

Event #5: One-on-One Pickleball Tournament [NEW EVENT]

(Day 5 of 8) Wednesday, August 6 at 6:30 am at Washington-Liberty HS Stadium:

Event #6: Max Broad Jump [NEW EVENT]

Event #7: 400-Meter Sprint (on track)

There will also be an ASC workout after the Broad Jump and 400-Meter Sprint competitions.

Day 6 of 8) Thursday, August 8 at 6:30 am or 6:00 pm (pick one) at Lubber Run CC:

Event #8: Push-Up Challenge [UPDATED EVENT]

Event #9: Three-Point Basketball Shooting Contest (in the morning only)

There will also be an ASC workout after the push-up challenge and before the three-point contest.

(Day 8 of 8) Saturday, August 9 at 9:00 am at Washington-Liberty HS Stadium:

Event #10: One-Mile Race (on track)

Event #11: Team Obstacle Course Race (teams will be determined by ASC on the day of the event)

(Day 8 of 8) Saturday, August 9 at 8:00 pm at Punch Bowl Social (Closing Ceremony):

Event #12: Table Tennis Tournament at Punch Bowl Social

We will cap off The 2025 Arlington Olympics with a Closing Ceremony party and a table tennis tournament at Punch Bowl Social in Ballston.

Medals for Top Finishers

Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to the top male and female finishers for each event.

ASC Member Pricing for The 2025 Arlington Olympics

ASC Members may participate in all events and ASC workouts between August 2-9, 2025 for free, as long as you register by August 1, 2025.

Non-Member Pricing for The 2025 Arlington Olympics

Non-members have three options if they would like to compete in some/all events in The 2025 Arlington Olympics.

(1) The first option is to purchase an ASC membership. ASC Members get free access.

(2) The second option is to purchase an All-Access Pass for $199. The All-Access Pass includes access to all events in The 2025 Arlington Olympics, plus access to all ASC workouts between August 2-9, 2025.

(3) The third option is to register for any individual day (including all events and workouts that day) at $50 per day.
