The 2024 Arlington Olympics are a multi-day athletic competition between August 3-10, 2024. The competition is hosted by Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC), Arlington’s #1 outdoor workout for over 10 years.
The 2024 Arlington Olympics will be an experience you don’t want to miss. Details are below. Space is limited.

Schedule of Events
The 2024 Arlington Olympics consists of 10 events and a series of ASC outdoor workouts between August 3-10, 2024. The full schedule is listed below:
Saturday, August 3 at 9:00 am at Washington-Liberty HS Stadium:
Event #1: 100-Yard Sprint (on turf)
Event #2: 200-Meter Sprint (on track)
There will also be an ASC workout after the 100-yard sprint and 200-meter sprint competitions.
Monday, August 5 at 6:30 am or 6:00 pm (pick one) at Lubber Run Community Center:
Event #3: Ab Plank Competition
There will also be an ASC workout after the ab plank competition.
Wednesday, August 7 at 6:30 am at Washington-Liberty HS Stadium:
Event #4: Standing Vertical Jump
Event #5: 400-Meter Sprint (on track)
There will also be an ASC workout after the Standing Vertical Jump and 400-Meter Sprint competitions.
Thursday, August 8 at 6:30 am or 6:00 pm (pick one) at Lubber Run Community Center:
Event #6: Push-Up Competition
Event #7: Three-Point Basketball Shooting Contest (in the morning only)
There will also be an ASC workout after the push-up competition and before the three-point contest.
Saturday, August 10 at 9:00 am at Washington-Liberty HS Stadium:
Event #8: One-Mile Race (on track)
Event #9: Team Obstacle Course Race (teams will be determined by ASC on the day of the event)
Saturday, August 10 at 8:00 pm at Punch Bowl Social (Closing Ceremony):
Event #10: Table Tennis Tournament at Punch Bowl Social
We will cap off The 2024 Arlington Olympics with a Closing Ceremony party and a table tennis tournament at Punch Bowl Social in Ballston.
Medals for Top Finishers
Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to the top male and female finishers for each event in The 2024 Arlington Olympics.
